Holistic support for individuals as we navigate life.
Jane provides time and space for adults to be cared for and grow holistically; body, soul and spirit. She has worked as a Community Pharmacist and as a Missionary in Northern Queensland and Papua New Guinea before stepping into the role of a Counsellor. She is culturally diverse, an Australian born Chinese who has also spent time overseas amongst people of various cultural backgrounds. She supports clients through life’s changes and transitions, grief and loss, and understanding how they relate to themselves and others more deeply.
Jane meets individuals wherever they are at, applying Person-Centred Care and a Trauma-Informed Approach in her practice. She respects each person and their story and provides a safe space for individuals to step into. Every person deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard and known.
Jane holds a Biblical worldview, providing space for individuals to better understand their journey through a Biblical worldview, if they desire. In a world of many voices, she supports people to identify and know the truth about themselves and the world around them. Being renewed in the truth transforms lives and potentially, the lives around us.
