Anne works with individual adults and couples helping them to find healing, connection and growth in their personal lives and relationships.

As a Clinical Counsellor, Anne supports emotional reconnection and practical strategies for helping her clients achieve lasting change in their relationships. Anne offers Pre-marriage counselling as well as Couple counselling for those who want to strengthen and/or repair their relationship. She also offers Discernment counselling for couples where one or both partners are not sure they want to be in the relationship. Anne is excited to offer the Gottman Bringing Baby Home group workshop.

Anne sees the family unit as the key environment in which children begin their own learning, about themselves and relationships. One of the greatest gifts we can give our children is a strong relationship between us, their parents. Connection and growth are amongst Anne’s highest values.  She considers her work in supporting relationships a great privilege.

Anne initially trained as a nurse and was always drawn to areas in which she was able to support the emotional wellbeing of patients in the context of family and community.
